We apply WordPress core updates as they're released. Plugin updates are applied regularly, and we prioritise anything with a known vulnerability.

What happens if my website goes down?

We monitor your site's uptime and will be alerted if it goes offline. We'll investigate as soon as we can, and you're welcome to contact us directly if you notice something before we do.

Can you update content on my website?

Yes. Premium Care includes 2 hours of support time per month for content changes and other tasks. If you're on Monthly Care, content updates are covered by our support hour bundles from $100/hr, or ad-hoc at $120/hr.

Do you support websites you didn't build?

We can, though it depends on the site. We'd review everything first to make sure we can support it effectively, and let you know upfront if there are any concerns.
