Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 12 months. After that you can continue month-to-month with no lock-in, or we can discuss options for moving on.
What happens after the first 12 months?
You can continue on a month-to-month basis with no further commitment. There's no pressure to decide either way. If you'd like to own the website files, a buyout option is available. Or you can simply keep things as they are and we'll continue maintaining your site.
Do I own the website?
The website code remains the property of Meteoric Digital, which is what keeps the plans affordable. You retain full rights to your content, images, and branding at all times. If you'd like to own the output files, the buyout option is available after your initial commitment.
What kind of updates are included?
Content changes like updating text, swapping images, or changing contact details. Structural changes like adding new pages are available at a flat rate of $100 per page.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. Extra pages can be added to any plan at $100 per page.
Is there a CMS?
A blog-only CMS is available as a one-off add-on for a flat price. It's designed for publishing blog posts and nothing else, keeping things simple. If you need a full content management system, our WordPress or custom development services might be a better fit.
How does billing work?
Monthly payments are charged automatically to your saved card. There's nothing for you to manage or remember.
What if I want to cancel?
After the initial 12-month commitment, you can cancel at any time. We'll keep the site live until the end of your current billing period, then take it offline. If you'd like to take the website with you, the buyout option is available.
